Outstanding eye doctors that know what they are doing. Feel very comfortable around my doctor.

I want to take a moment to highlight the outstanding support I received from Laura, a manager who tr... uly went above and beyond to assist me. I had several unanswered questions from another location. And Laura stepped in with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine desire to help. What impressed me the most was her initiative! Not only did she take the time to thoroughly address my concerns. But, she also personally contacted my medical plan to verify if my daughter would be covered for glasses. That level of care and follow-through is rare and truly appreciated. Laura turned a confusing and frustrating situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. She exemplifies what excellent customer service looks like. And her dedication should not go unrecognized. Thank you Laura for your kindness and for treating my concerns with the importance they deserved.
